Lost in Translation

Art: The Holy Spirit by Waiting for the Word

Why are the

Of Christ

Not united

Why so many

So many

Different Bibles

Why are the words

In the Bible changed

Why have verses

Been left out

When we change

The words in the Bible

We change the meaning

To fit our world

And in doing that

The original meaning

Becomes lost to the world

Rev 22:19

β€œAnd if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”  KJV

  1. Lot’s of good questions here. I do not know all the answers but I do know that simple obedience to what we simply understand from the Bible opens us to the changes that only God can bring about in each of our lives. Blessings

  2. I agree with pastorpete51. No matter what is going on around, when we focus to His Word, regardless of the version of the Bible, with a heart of obedience, He blesses us and enables us to live our life according to what pleases Him.

Blessings to you. Good questions you have there. Sometimes I ask them too. But I realized, that is how the world runs. No matter what happens, God is in control because He is Sovereign. There is nothing that is missed out from His power and might.πŸ’–
