Sin gives rise
To salvation

Everything God made
Was good
And then sin entered
His creation
But it was all part
Of the plan of salvation
To save the sinner
Through revelation
St. John 1:3
“All things were made by him, and without him was anything made that was made.”

Are we slaves to sin
Or servants of God
Matthew 6:24
“No man can serve two masters…”
She chose death
For death to her
Was life to Christ
No sin
No savior
No story
She was only
Doing her part
In God’s plan
Of salvation

“Ye shall not eat it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.”

“For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; and whosoever will lose his life for my sake, will find it.”
Life is within us
But we are also in life
We are life itself
Anything that has life
Belongs to God
Whatever form
Life takes on
It is still life
Even the dead
Are alive in Christ
Romans 6:7-8
‘For he that is dead is freed from sin. Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him.”
Every story has a hero or heroine
And an adversary
And the story is written
Within a time and a place
And the story line is such that
Said hero or heroine
Must overcome the adversary
To save the world
Or maybe the story is such that
The hero must overcome
The adversary
To save the heroine
The Bible is such a story
The hero is Jesus Christ
And he came to save the world
To set us free from sin
The adversary
David slew Goliath with a stone
Daniel survived the lion’s den
And Christ overcame the world
We are either the hero
Or the adversary
If Christ is with us
Who can be against us
I John 4:5
“…because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”
You cannot bring Spirit to sin
You must bring sin to the Spirit
That is the sacrifice
St. John 8:46
“Which of you convinceth me of sin?”
We are not equally yoked
Until we are of one mind
The mind of Christ
Where there is no sin
I Corinth 2:16
“…But we have the mind of Christ.”

Who are the holy ones?
They are all holy
There is only one sinner
One who is made whole
Through her sin
By the grace of God
I Peter 1:16

When Adam and Eve
Left the garden
God went with them
And we can see
In the Bible stories
His continuous presence
Throughout
God leads us
Through sin
To Christ
And Christ takes us
Back to the garden
St. Luke 23:43
“Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.”
