We experience
The journey of life
But it is not a journey
Of time and distance

Really go anywhere
It is a journey
Of transcendence
To our true Self

Be Aware
Life is the classroom
And we are endlessly learning
Who we are
At every turn
There is an opportunity
To see our true Self
But if we are not paying attention
We will miss these opportunities
Be ever aware
Of the spirit that surrounds you
Of the soul within you
So as not to lose sight
Of who you are
Detachment
It is hard to detach
From everything
That defines you
But once you do
You will see
All that you
Detached from
Was only
A reflection
Of your true Self
Becoming

Mirror to the Soul
Everything is a mirror
To show us who we are
A way for us to see
Our true Self
Like a looking glass
Through time
The Bible is a mirror
In which I saw
My true Self
Thine Own Self
Each one of us is
A manifestation
Of the only one
Every one
A unique expression
Of our true Self
St. John 17:5
“And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.”
Consciousness
Nothing is lost
In consciousness
Only hidden
And if we know
Where to look
We will find
Our true self
In consciousness
Light of Christ
Everything that ever existed
Everything ever written
Any song ever sung
Was created by me
My true self
Those whose light shines
Were given their position by me
To be beacons of light to me
In my hour of darkness
Shine on my glory!

True Self
The mind is our ego
Spirit is our true self
Christ died
So his Spirit
Could live
For the Love of Christ
